Description

This specification applies to rectangular cheese hoops for use in the manufacture of rindless cheese by a process in which the working pressure is not appreciably above 25 lbf/in2 (gauge). The specification provides for two sizes of hoop, viz. for 40-lb cheeses and for 20-lb cheeses.
